Abstract

The study of the phenomenon of socio-cultural communication as a specific type of socio-communicative activity through art represents an important direction of modern cultural research. Attention is drawn to the importance of the formation of spiritual guidelines and cultural heritage, without which a person risks losing his human face, turning into a political zombie, which is guided only by basic instincts, the desire for power and the desire for material gain. It is emphasized that the need to be able to feel and build relationships with other people is formed through art, the functional side of communication in the process of cultural conditioning of the spiritual and moral personality is indicated. Socio-cultural communication is considered as a form of communication through artistic culture and art, which allows a person to express the deep aspects of his personality with the help of artistic images, which are usually hidden in everyday or business communication. The structures, forms and mechanisms of transmitting the cultural code and artistic message are analyzed, and characteristic features inherent only to this type of communication are revealed. It is noted that each art has its own code: in literature - language, in music - tonal systems, in painting - color and form, in cinema and theater - acting, dialogues, frame composition. Lack of knowledge of the cultural code leads to "poetic illiteracy", which creates barriers in the perception of the form of culture. The message mediated by the channel is perceived by the audience. Interpretation depends on the motivation of the recipient: aesthetic need, relaxation, entertainment, the desire to escape from everyday life, - his personal experience and psychological state. The perception of information has a complex structure: part of the information corresponds to the expectations and knowledge of the recipient, therefore it is quite easily recognized and interpreted, the other part passes through barriers when the recipient decodes the author's message, experiences it and adds his own interpretation. In both cases, the information is distorted: in the first case - by individual cultural values and formed ideas; in the second - the influence of uncertainty in its understanding is added. In this sense, the principles and methods of sociocultural communication become important criteria for the successful attachment of the personality of the recipient of information. This determines its importance for the formation of a spiritual and moral personality, as well as the need to master the skills of the language of art for effective interaction and assimilation of universal human experience.
