Mass internal and external displacements of the population of Ukraine, caused by military operations, have created a high demand for transport services. The need to transport people, personal belongings, humanitarian aid and cargo for the restoration of infrastructure increases the need for effective logistics solutions. Combined transportation of passengers and parcels attracts particular attention, which allows to increase the efficiency of the use of transport resources, reduce costs and ensure the sustainability of transportation. The paper describes the development of an automated system for accounting for orders for combined transportation in order to increase the financial results of transport companies. An analysis of scientific sources and modern software for managing transport services has been carried out, systematization of key performance indicators (KPIs) and formalization of mathematical models for calculating the cost, delivery time, vehicle load and profitability have been carried out. The relevance of combined transportation in the context of humanitarian and economic challenges has been substantiated. A set of KPIs for assessing the efficiency of routes has been determined and approaches to their calculation have been developed. A review of modern transport management information systems was conducted, which showed the lack of solutions capable of integrated support for the transportation of passengers and parcels in one vehicle. Optimization of combined transportation is a promising direction for transport companies in Ukraine, which allows reducing costs and improving the quality of customer service.
